Brian Hayes attended the University of Ulster College of Art where he studied Design, Technology and Print and discovered a love of ergonomics, space and architecture. He spent his early career working in print design while continuing his passion of crafting furniture pieces from wood.

Then, at just 27, he decided to start his own carpentry business from his home in Drumbo making garden benches and other bespoke furniture pieces. The quality and individuality of his pieces led the business to grow very quickly organically, and he was soon being commissioned to make furniture pieces for both clients and  furniture retailers.

In 1994, Brian made the decision to bring the business back to its original roots and work on a project basis to afford him the time, flexibility and creativity to focus on his ongoing passion of crafting bespoke, individual pieces for the company’s discerning client base.

Today the business works with clients on a range of projects – from large to small – that includes producing bespoke kitchens, utility rooms, bookcases, luxury wardrobes and other individual pieces.  His particular areas of expertise include bespoke furniture design, interior space planning and advising on the function and flow of homes and outdoor spaces.

Throughout his career his beliefs have remained the same. By giving customers the right advice and guidance and working with quality materials, you can help them transform their home.
